Very nice hotel. I can really recommend it. Very helpfull stuff. All requests done immediately. All equipment well mainteined. Very good food, everyday something new added. Drinks are acceptable. I will come back for sure.
Only wind blowing on the beach but this is not depending from the hotel during winter period. This is normal. All was very good.

What was the highlight of Akassia Swiss Resort
Excellent resort to relax and spend a splendid time.
I thouroughly enjoyed my stay in the resort. Excellent staff - polite and attentative. There was a number of pools and beatuful beach. Parts of the swimming area were populated with beautifully coloured fish who swam very closely and seemed not be aware of human swimming alongside! Coral reefs were close by where snorkeling was a way to view it. The food was varied and served to a high standard. Food and beverage (including alcoholic drinks) were availavle freely (yes, free of charge too) throughout the day. My room was spacious, clean and had excellent facilities. Evening/night entertainment (music, games, audience participation) were performed during dinner time.
As I travelled from Cairo to Marsa Alam by bus, I was anxious about the connection from Marsa Alam to the resort. I asked the resort's staff about the best way to do this. They were very engaging and advised me on how to communicate with the bus operator and they were kind to drop me and my friend seamlessly in front of the resort. The return journey was similarly arranged by the resort staff and we were picked up from the fron of the resort.
